AQUATICS EXERCISE

Get Fit and Protect Your Joints

Looking to challenge yourself without putting stress on your joints or do you just enjoy the water? Members can take advantage of our different water exercise classes. Try Aqua Jogging, Dragonboat Paddling or Aqua Groove.

Aquatics Classes:

Aqua Fit: Keep your cool. Learn a safe, effective and challenging water-based workout that’s for any age or ability. Great workout for those with joint issues.

Aqua Jogging: Perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact workout to their routine. Great workout for those with joint issues. (Seasonal)

Aqua Zumba: Perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high intensity workout to their routine. Great workout for those with joint issues.

Dragonboat Paddling: Paddles up! for a water class focused on team work, upper body and core workout. (Seasonal)

Water Volleyball

Join us Sundays from 11am – 1pm for a fun game of Water Volleyball!
